If a muscle is not functioning correctly the body will soon develop an imbalance and become asymmetrical.
Asymmetry will result in other areas of the body moving unnaturally to compensate. With this compensation faulty movement patterns will occur, and over time the faults cause pain and stiffness. Eventually these muscles will tighten and a decrease in muscle function or postural deformities will occur, such as hunched or rounded shoulders, the head jutting forward or excessive curvature of the spine.
Postural correction, using a wide variety of advanced massage techniques, can restore natural symmetry and minimise injury ensuring the body functions optimally.
Sessions last 50 minutes, and cost £40.
